Hazy day two day boat ride
On a two day boat ride I was sicksicksick. Lao was hazy. Farmers in Lao and in much of the Southeast Asia area practice slash and burn agriculture. This gives the country a very hazy and magical feeling. (Though I can’t vouch for the burning, that over the years with consistent practice leeches large amounts of nutrients out of the soil.)
